Johnson Luyiga specializes in Small Claims Court matters, employment, human rights disputes, Landlord and Tenant Board disputes, Criminal Code Summary Conviction Offences (including firearm prohibition hearings, peace bond hearings, dangerous operation, failure to stop after accident), Provincial Offences, traffic tickets, compliance, Immigration and Refugee Board proceedings, WSIB/WSIAT, and Simple Possession under the Cannabis Act.
